A distance contract is an agreement for the purchase of goods or the provision of services concluded remotely using means of distance communication.

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
These Website Terms of Use (hereinafter - the Terms) are an integral part of the purchase agreement for the goods and determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of the goods, the procedure for canceling the order and returning the goods, the terms of refund, and the rules for resolving disputes.
The Seller has the right to change, correct, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with the requirements of the law. Such changes take effect after their publication on the Website. The Seller has the right to change the prices indicated on the Website and/or create new paid services at any time at its discretion.
The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Client, having selected the Goods, placed them in their shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, and familiarized themselves with the terms, marks "I agree with the terms of use" in the order confirmation window.
The order confirmation is sent to the Client's specified email address.
Payment Procedure
The Buyer orders goods through this online store, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. VAT is included in the indicated price of the goods.The delivery costs of the goods are not included in the indicated price of the goods. To determine the exact delivery costs of the order, place all the Goods in the virtual cart and go to "Cart". By selecting the delivery method and location, the system will indicate the exact delivery costs of the order. If the order includes several Goods and they are not delivered simultaneously, a separate fee is calculated for each delivery, notifying the Client in advance.
The Client makes the payment for the order:
1. By bank payment card using the payment tools integrated into the online store;
2. By transfer to the Seller's specified bank account, indicating the order number found in the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Client must make the payment to the Seller within 1 (one) business day.
Order Processing Times
If the goods are available in stock, we will process your order within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer within the delivery
terms specified in the product descriptions. If the delivery of the goods is
delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control, the Seller
undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and resolve all issues regarding
the delivery of the Goods.
In cases where the Customer notices that the shipment does not contain the
corresponding Goods or the Goods are not the correct size, color, or have other
discrepancies, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller.
Refund policy and return of goods
1. If the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law (a natural person who purchases a product for purposes not related to their economic or professional activity), the Buyer (consumer) may exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any justification. In accordance with the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts" of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the product(s) by submitting a withdrawal application to "Ozolvīle".2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer sends a withdrawal letter to the Seller via email at [email protected]. The Buyer indicates their order number, reason for returning or exchanging the product. The withdrawal letter can be written in free form or the Buyer can request a template by writing to [email protected].
3. Upon receiving the withdrawal application, the Seller immediately notifies the Buyer of its receipt by sending an electronic notification to the email address provided by the Buyer.
4. The Buyer is considered to have complied with the withdrawal period (14 days) if the Buyer's application for exercising the right of withdrawal is sent to the Seller before the end of the withdrawal period. In case of dispute, the Buyer is obliged to provide documentary evidence of the withdrawal period.
5. After sending the withdrawal application, the User delivers the product back to "Ozolvīle" at the address: Krustpils iela 15, Riga, LV-1073 (by handing over the product in person at the workshop or sending the product via parcel locker (Riga T/C Ozols parcel locker) in the original packaging, without undue delay, but no later than 14 days. This period is considered to be observed if the User delivers the products back before the end of the 14-day period.
6. "Ozolvīle" undertakes to submit a refund application to the Buyer for the amount paid for the product without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the day the Seller received the Buyer's withdrawal application and the day of return of the product.
7. If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal in a timely manner, this Agreement is terminated, and the Seller refunds the payments received from the Buyer to the account specified in the withdrawal application or using the same payment method used by the Buyer for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer has indicated a different account number in the withdrawal application.
8. If the Buyer clearly expressed a desire to receive the goods using a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller at the time of ordering the goods,
the Seller is not obliged to refund the Buyer's additional delivery costs.
9. The direct costs of returning the goods are covered by the Buyer. If the product cannot be returned by post or parcel locker due to its properties, the Buyer bears all costs associated with the return of the product.
10.The Buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
10.1.The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging;
10.2.The product must not be damaged;
10.3.The product has not been used, the shipping box is preserved, the commercial appearance is not lost (labels attached to the clothing, security films, etc. are preserved) (this does not apply to a product that was already damaged at the time of delivery, for which the Buyer indicated objections upon receipt of the product);
10.4.The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt.
11.The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of the product if the deadlines for returning the product were not met.
12.The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of implementation. The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product if the product has been used in a manner incompatible with the principle of good faith, including used for purposes other than determining the nature or functioning of the product. The products must be undamaged, not lost their appearance (labels not removed and not damaged, protective films not torn, etc.) and unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same configuration as it was received, definitely returning the purchase document, delivery document, and other accessories that were attached to it at the time of receipt. If the product is not fully assembled, damaged, untidy, or not properly packaged, Ozolvīle has the right not to accept the product and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the product.

Dispute Resolution Rules
All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller, or arising in connection with the purchase of Goods, will be resolved by the Parties through mutual negotiations or correspondence with the aim of reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Complaints about the availability or quality of goods should be submitted electronically by sending an email to [email protected] or in writing by sending it to Krutpils street 15-305, LV-1073, Riga, Latvia. The complaint will be reviewed within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, and a response will be sent to the contact address specified in the complaint.
If the complaint is deemed unfounded and you disagree with the decision, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided by law.
